Sports injury

I will gladly recommend you to contacts and colleagues.”

“With only 5 weeks to go before an epic timed 100km sponsored walk, I experienced severe tendonitis in my left ankle and left knee on a training walk and had to stop after only 51km. I feared that I wouldn’t be able to do the walk and let down the team that I was supposed to be leading.

Through a number of sessions with Angela over the remaining 5 weeks, where she used traditional muscle and tissue manipulation along with newer techniques like micro current therapy and kinesiology taping, plus specifying a stretching regime, the tight muscles and tendons were relieved.

With some trepidation, I embarked on the 100km walk and I am amazed and very pleased to report that I completed the 100km walk within the allotted time with no real limitation arising from the left leg. Angela did a truly skilled and marvelous job to keep my legs walking and I am very, very grateful. Thank you so much! I will gladly recommend you to contacts and colleagues.”

A caring approach

Both women have commented upon Angela’s extraordinary gentleness in her treatment techniques.”

“Angela has recently treated the wife of one of our service users who is having a problem with her shoulder and also one of our members of staff who had taken an unusual way down her stairs at home.  Both women have commented upon Angela’s extraordinary gentleness in her treatment techniques.

Angela has considerable knowledge and professionalism – in both cases Angela diagnosed that their particular injuries needed further investigation before she could continue with treatment.  Angela went the extra mile, giving one a lift home when other transport was too painful to contemplate and visiting the other at home when it was impossible to come to her practice.

As my member of staff has said ‘Angela is wicked!’ I would not hesitate to ask her to treat one of our staff or to recommend her to someone in pain with a skeletal issue.”
